Possibly from the 50's or 60's. Huge banner flag they would hang off the light posts for the Portland Rose Festival parade. Cloth with eyelets and silkscreen design. Measures 51" wide, 75" long. Some discoloration stains and a few minor holes. Overall in beautiful condition for its age and wonderful piece of Portland, Oregon history! See photos for details.
