Bitmain Antminer Z11 - 135ksol with PSU - Broken Fan, two chains run hot

Hi,
This z11 has a broken fan, and two of the chains run at greater than 90 degrees (hot)
COMES WITH PSU!!

i beleive the work needed to fix:
replace a fan
replace gpu heatsink thermal paste for two of the chains

this z11 actually works fine but just has a broken fan and overheats
More info:
There are three chains and two fans
All 3 chains work, however two of the chains run too hot, greater than 90 degrees
Even with both fans two chains run hot
