You have to send your own board to me, I will fix it and sent back to you.
If your problem is not caused by virus, I may or may not be able to fix it.
If I cannot fix it, I will refund your money.

Virus caused sd lot disabled, so you cannot flash the firmware, and you cannot upgrade, change password etc.
the affected Miner will switch mining pool without your attention.
I will reinstall the NAND system, restore the board to factory settings.
Then I will upgrade the miner to L3++.
You may not be able to install third party firmware though.
Do not send me the whole machine, control board only.
After you received the board, change password.
You need remove virus on ALL your miners all together.
If you leave one not removed, the virus will affect ALL your miners again.
I will use my own criteria to test, all miners will run for 1 hour before return to you. Make sure your pool settings are correct, otherwise it will not hash.
