I purchased this directly from Bobcat.  I have several of these so this unit that you are bidding on has never been installed or associated with any wallet.  I am a reputable seller who has a long history with eBay.  With that being said, I will not accept return/refund on this item due to the fact:
Once you install this device on your wallet, you have full control of this device.  The device cannot be operated by anyone else without you transferring it over. Without properly transferring the wallet, the device is useless to anyone even having complete physical possession of the device.
I am forgoing any potential earnings every minute you have this device in possession.
This is a very valuable product and I have to protect my self as a seller.  There are many dishonest individual on this platform who lie just to get their money back due to buyers remorse or trying to mine for free while they wait for their device.  Unfortunately, as I laid out above this product is not something that can be resold easily.  Bobcat themselves or any other manufacturer does not offer any return.

You are not allowed to return this item for any reason.
If you try to bypass the no return policy of this listing by filing a case with eBay, your return will be denied by me the seller.  Any refund issued to you by eBay, you agree to reimburse me the seller within 7 days issuance of the refund via paypal or money order.  You agree to be responsible for any collection cost associated of trying to enforce this no refund policy including but not limited to court filing fee, collection cost, attorney's fee and estimated potential earnings lost during the time you were in possession of this HNT miner.  Essentially, you can expect a lawsuit from me if you try to get a refund for this product.  Please note that I'm putting you on notice here.
