Mining performance varies based on many factors such as hotspot placement, antenna, number of nearby hotspots, internet connection and other conditions.
No Return/Refund Policy
No Return/Refund will be allowed, since these devices are locked to the wallet they are bound to once they are deployed.  In addition, I will be forgoing any revenue while the hotspot is with you.  Lastly, Bobcat or any of the current helium vendors does not offer any returns/refund either.
