This Solo steel bar is a physical wallet made by the company Coinplus from Luxembourg. The Bitcoin address is etched into the wallet and there is a sticker covering a secret that is used with their app to reveal a private key. There are no electronics in the object. It is a simple physical way to store a key. It does not come with any Bitcoin included. You can load and make a presentation.
I am selling for much less than this cost because the metal has been engraved with an etched name. You would need to remove the etched name if you with to present to someone else. It has never been used and the key is not revealed. In the photos, I handled without gloves, so you can see fingerprints that are easily wiped clean.
The bar looks impressive and has a nice heft. Comes in a case with certificate.
