While officially these are not rated to run on regular 120 volt power, I have tested them on 120 volt and on low power mode they run fine.  I can not recommend this (as it is outside of the manufactures specs), but as far as I can tell they run fine on regular 120 volt outlets.  They pull 1,140 watts on low power mode, so this is 9.5 amps at 120 volts.  If you ran them on high power mode on 200 volts (like the manufacture allows), this machine would pull 7.7 amps.  Like any piece of electrical equipment make sure you don't draw more amps than the wiring will support.  Again, I can't recommend running them on 120 volts to anybody but they do mine on 120 volt power.  Please use common sense and do your own research if you will run them on a voltage other than what the manufacture recommends (200 volt ~ 240 volt).  I personally wouldn't try running them on high power mode on 120 volt, as that would pull close to 13 amps.

We have run these machines for about 2 years and they are rather solid.  They are way more reliable than the S17/T17s.  These were run on low power most of the time we had them, they were not run hard.
If you are looking for some heat this winter and would like some BTC in the process, I would say these are the ideal machines.  At this price point & 67 or 60 watts per Th/s, these machines are ideal if you can use the heat.  If you run them on low power mode, they are quieter.  However, I don't think you would want to spend lots of time in the same room as the miner (this is true of all miners).  Likely you would want to put them in a basement and have the heat rise up into your house, put them in another room in your house, if you want a heated garage this winter, etc, these are ideal.
Specs:
22 Th/s on high mode (at 1474 watts).  This is 67 watts per Th/s.
19 Th/s on low mode (1140 watts).  This is 60 watts per Th/s.
Speeds and power draw are always +/- 10%.
