Motherboard can support up to 12 cards, but the frame is designed for 8. So extra cooling may be needed if you mount the cards close enough together to fit 12.
Rig ships with the following components. Everything is new except the power supplies which are refurbished from working servers. Some of the photos are of slightly different builds, so go by the list below as for which components to expect.

The server PSUs aren't as pretty or as quiet as ATX units, but they're generally more efficient and reliable. That is why most of the units on the market are used or refurbished. They are industrial equipment so are built to last and run 24/7.

I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to troubleshoot any problems for the first 30 days after purchase. That may include mining related advice, tech support or replacing components if any should fail under normal operating conditions within that time frame. I look at these rigs as a product and a short term consulting service.

Rig comes pre-installed with Hive OS. It's powerful and user friendly and let's you manage your rig easily from your phone. Please contact me before purchase if you want a different OS pre-installed.
Note:
high power GPU such as 3080s and 3090s tend to run hot, especially so in Summer, and even more so when packed closely together. Ideally you should be able to keep the rig in a temperature controlled room with good airflow. Many miners set up box fans in the hottest summer months to really move that hot air away from the rig. Adding thermal pads to the gpu memory and replacing the existing paste with something better may be a worthwhile upgrade as well. If your cards run too hot, they will automatically throttle themselves down to protect the memory, but you will lose hashrate.
Note:
Just about any gpu can be made to fit in this rig, but some of the longest cards might be a tight squeeze. The space available is approximately 12.4 inches. If a card is substantially longer than that, it may require the mounting of its fans on the outside of the frame.
Note:
If you are packing this thing full of 3080s and 3090s, you will need adequate power. Some clients have split their rig between two different circuits to keep from tripping breakers.
