Returns for reason other than defects/DOA/inaccurate description may be subject to restocking fee to compensate for the non-refundable ebay fees paid at every sale. Same goes for DOA claim on item that is returned but found to be functional.
PS: If you are just getting into mining now, you should familiarize yourself with Ethereum's EIP1559 and ETH 2.0 and their potential impacts on GPU mining in the future. I'm happy to share online resources.
PPS: 220v power is required to get the full 1200w. Normal 110v power only drives this PSU to 900w.
