Description

UTAH  Sesquicetennial Banner  1847 to 1997 -- Large Size 41" x 29".  Bright blue with a Center scene of pioneers  traveling in a Conestoga Wagon which is pulled by 2 oxen... mountains are in the background.  Each corner has a state symbol: a California Seagull,  Colorado Blue Spruce (which was the state tree until 2014),  a Bee Hive (
Utah's nickname is the beehive state. Utah was first called the State of Deseret -- with Deseret meaning honeybee in the Book of Mormon),
and a Sego Lily.  Material feels like nylon or polyester... there is no tag.   The top has one side sewn closed...  this makes the banner stay on the staff / pole.
In VERY Good Condition.
