This keyboard typically takes about 5 weeks to ship from Taiwan if you purchase it from the ZSA store. I'm based in Illinois, USA, so if you order it from my store you will have it within a week or two if you are in North America.
I opened the keyboard and tried it out a couple of times. Decided to sell because the learning curve is steep and I don't have the time/willingness to practice at the moment. Everything is there. The keyboard and parts are in perfect condition, the box looks like it was open before but it's in very good condition--especially considering the thousands of miles it travelled from Taiwan to the Midwest.
